27 Record‑keeping—project proponent
If an approved AIP plan is, or has been, in force for a major project, the project proponent for the project must:
(a)
keep such records as are reasonably necessary to enable the Authority to ascertain whether Part B of the plan has been complied with; and
(b)
retain those records for 5 years.
