57 Grounds for cancellation or variation of certification
(1)
The grounds for cancelling the certification of a reference material are that the reference material does not conform to the property values for the material, or their uncertainties and level of confidence, stated in the certificate.
(2)
The grounds for varying the certification of a reference material, other than on application, are:
(a)
the grounds stated in subregulation (1); and
(b)
that it is not appropriate to cancel the certification.
