6 Application of Level 1 fees
The fees in column 2 of the tables in subclauses 5(1) and (2) apply in relation to weighing and dimensional measuring instruments of the following kinds:
(a)
class 3 and 4 weighing instruments with a capacity of up to 100 kg;
(b)
simple instruments for weighing or dimensional measurement.
