67 Grounds for cancelling and varying approvals other than on application
The grounds for cancelling the approval of the pattern of a measuring instrument, other than on application, are:
that a measuring instrument constructed in accordance with the approved pattern is not suitable:
for use for trade or as a legal measuring instrument; or
for the particular use for trade or as a legal measuring instrument stated in the certificate of approval; or
that an approving authority makes a decision under subregulation 64(4) or paragraph 65(3)(a).
The grounds for varying the approval of the pattern of a measuring instrument, other than on application, are:
the grounds stated in subregulation (1); and
that it is not appropriate to cancel the approval.
