(1)
Any act, matter or thing that, immediately before the repeal of the Adoption Regulation 2003, had effect under that Regulation continues to have effect under this Regulation.
(2)
Section 46 (2A) and (2B) of the Act, as inserted by the Child Protection Legislation Amendment Act 2014, extend to an adoption plan that accompanied or was prepared in relation to an application for an adoption order made, but not determined, before 29 October 2014.
