64 Revocation of approval
(1)
The relevant decision-maker may at any time revoke approval of an authorised carer as suitable to adopt a child.
(2)
The relevant decision-maker must—
(a)
advise the authorised carer of a decision to revoke an approval as soon as practicable after the decision is made, and
(b)
give the authorised carer written advice of their right to request reasons for, and apply for a review of, the decision under Chapter 10 of the Act.
