6.16 Development in the Commercial Precinct
(1)
This clause applies to the land known as the Commercial Precinct, shown edged pink and identified as “Commercial Precinct” on the Key Sites Map.
(2)
Retail premises are permitted with development consent on land to which this clause applies in Zone E3 Productivity Support.
