6.23 Additional floor space ratio and building height
This clause applies to land identified on the Incentive Height of Buildings Map or the Incentive Floor Space Ratio Map.
This clause not does apply to land identified as “Area 2” or “Area 23” on the Key Sites Map.
Despite clause 4.3, the maximum height of a building on land to which this clause applies is the building height shown for the land on the Incentive Height of Buildings Map.
Despite clause 4.4, the maximum floor space ratio of a building on land to which this clause applies is the floor space ratio shown for the land on the Incentive Floor Space Ratio Map.
Subclauses (3) and (4) do not apply unless the consent authority is satisfied the building results from development for which an affordable housing contribution imposed under clause 6.22 has been satisfied.
