6.25 Additional floor space ratio and building height in Area 23
(1)
This clause applies to land identified as “Area 23” on the Key Sites Map.
(2)
Despite clause 4.3, the maximum height of a building on land to which this clause applies is the building height shown for the land on the Incentive Height of Buildings Map.
(3)
Despite clause 4.4, the maximum floor space ratio of a building on land to which this clause applies is the floor space ratio shown for the land on the Incentive Floor Space Ratio Map.
(4)
Subclauses (2) and (3) do not apply unless the consent authority is satisfied the development will include at least 3,000m2 of publicly accessible open space.
