1 Vehicles to which concessional mass limits apply
The concessional mass limits apply to a heavy vehicle if—
(a)
the heavy vehicle is not—
(i)
a class 1 heavy vehicle; or
(ii)
a bus; or
(iii)
a combination consisting of a truck and a pig trailer; and
(b)
the operator of the heavy vehicle holds mass management accreditation for the vehicle.
