15 Application of Div 3
(1)
This Division applies only to a class 1 heavy vehicle that is a special purpose vehicle.
(2)
A reference in this Division to a special purpose vehicle is taken to be a reference to a special purpose vehicle that is a class 1 heavy vehicle.
