In force

(1)

A heavy vehicle must not be higher than—

(a)

for a vehicle built to carry cattle, horses, pigs or sheep—4.6m; or

(b)

for a vehicle built with at least 2 decks for carrying vehicles—4.6m; or

Note—

An example is included under section 12(2).

(ba)

for a specified semitrailer—4.6m; or

(c)

for a double-decker bus—4.4m; or

(d)

for another vehicle—4.3m.

(2)

In this section—

specified semitrailer has the same meaning as it has in section 153A(2) of the Law.
