12 Application of Div 2
(1)
This Division applies only to a class 1 heavy vehicle that is a load-carrying vehicle.
(2)
A reference in this Division to a load-carrying vehicle is taken to be a reference to a load-carrying vehicle that is a class 1 heavy vehicle.
