10 Allowing overtaking
(1)
This section applies if a class 1 heavy vehicle is being driven on a road, or a part of a road, that does not have a separate lane for overtaking vehicles.
(2)
The person driving the class 1 heavy vehicle must, at regular intervals and to the extent reasonably practicable, move the vehicle off the road to allow other vehicles to overtake it.
