This clause applies to Lots 85–93 and 126–145, SP 65243, Buchanan and Reynolds Streets, identified as “10” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2)

Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a)

business premises,

(b)

kiosks,

(c)

office premises,

(d)

recreation facilities (indoor),

(e)

restaurants or cafes,

(f)

roadside stalls,

(g)

shops.
