Must be installed by or on behalf of Council.
(2)
Must be structurally sound.
(3)
Must not contain advertising material.
(4)
Must be designed, fabricated and installed in accordance with applicable Australian Standards.
(5)
Must allow a minimum 1.5m wide pathway for pedestrians.
