33 Use of certain land at 6 Livingstone Road, Petersham
(1)
This clause applies to Lot 11, DP 1145054, 6 Livingstone Road, Petersham, in Zone E1, identified as “33” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2)
Development that is permissible in Zone R4 High Density Residential is permitted with development consent.
(3)
Development consent must not be granted to development unless the consent authority is satisfied the development will be carried out in conjunction with development on land to which clause 32 applies.
