(1)
Must not be for the lighting of tennis courts or sports fields.
(2)
Must not cause glare to adjoining properties or streets.
(3)
Must be for domestic purposes.
(4)
Must comply with AS 4282—1997, Control of the obtrusive effects of outdoor lighting.
(5)
Must be limited to one in the front setback and must not cause damage to significant or early fabric.
