27 Relevant applications for statements of risks and potential effects
(1)
For the Act, section 72I(7), definition of relevant application, the following are relevant applications—
(a)
limited notification applications,
(b)
full notification applications,
(c)
applications required by the Authority to be accompanied by a statement of risks and potential effects.
(2)
The applications set out in clauses 27A–27D are not relevant applications.
