65 Requirements for RSA marshals
RSA marshals A person must not, in the course of the person’s employment as an RSA marshal, carry out RSA supervisory duties on or about licensed premises unless the person holds a recognised competency card with a current RSA endorsement.
Maximum penalty—
if the licensed premises are in a prescribed precinct—20 penalty units, or
if the licensed premises are not in a prescribed precinct—10 penalty units.
Employing or engaging RSA marshals A person (including the licensee of licensed premises) must not employ or engage another as an RSA marshal on licensed premises unless the person holds a recognised competency card with a current RSA endorsement.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
