81 Term of approval to provide training courses
(1)
Unless sooner cancelled or renewed, an approval under this division to provide an approved training course ceases to have effect on 30 June after 5 years from the date on which the approval is granted or renewed.
(2)
An approval does not have effect while it is suspended.
