74 Renewal of recognised competency card endorsements
A recognised competency card endorsement specified in Column 1 of the following table may, before (or within 28 days of) its expiry, be renewed by the completion of the corresponding course specified in Column 2—

an approved interstate RSA training course and an RSA bridging course or licensee training course

a licensee refresher course
Advanced licensee endorsement
an advanced licensee training course, or
a licensee refresher course
RCG endorsement
an approved RCG training course
The renewal of a recognised competency card endorsement does not take effect until the issue of a recognised competency card with the renewed recognised competency card endorsement.
To avoid doubt, the renewal of a recognised competency card endorsement does not make the recognised competency card endorsement current for any period during which the recognised competency card endorsement had expired.

In this clause—
licensee refresher course means a course of training provided online by the Secretary in relation to managing licensed premises in a way that promotes—
the responsible service of alcohol, and
the responsible operation of licensed premises.
