Words and expressions used in this Part have the same meanings they have in Part 5A of the Act.
(2)
A reference in this Part to Part 5A of the Act includes a reference to Schedule 5A to the Act.
(3)
For the purposes of this Part, private native forestry plan has the same meaning as in Part 5B of the Act.
