109 Categorisation of low or high conservation value groundcover that is not grasslands (ss 60H (2) (c) and 60I (2) (n))
(1)
For the purposes of section 60H (2) (c) of the Act, land is to be designated as category 1-exempt land if the Environment Agency Head reasonably believes that the land contains only low conservation value groundcover (not being grasslands).
(2)
For the purposes of section 60I (2) (n) of the Act, land is to be designated as category 2-regulated land if the Environment Agency Head reasonably believes that the land contains groundcover that is not grasslands or low conservation value groundcover.
