26 Notification of change of address
(1)
The occupier of rateable land must notify Local Land Services of any change in the occupier’s postal address within one month after the change occurs.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
(2)
The owner of stock kept on rateable land must notify Local Land Services of any change in the owner’s postal address within one month after the change occurs.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
(3)
A person who becomes the occupier of rateable land must notify Local Land Services of the occupier’s postal address within one month after becoming the occupier of the land.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
