87 Identification
For the purposes of section 169 (4) (f) of the Act, the prescribed person is the following—
(a)
if the authorising authority is Local Land Services—the Chair of the Board of Chairs or a delegate of the Chair,
(b)
if the authorising authority is the Minister—the Minister or a delegate of the Minister,
(c)
if the authorising authority is the Director-General—the Director-General or a delegate of the Director-General.
