75 Removal of soil, gravel and other materials
(1)
A person must not remove any water, soil, sand, clay or gravel or other material from a travelling stock reserve.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(2)
This clause does not apply to any removal of water or any other material authorised by or under the Act, any other Act or this Regulation.
