1 General regulatory power
(1)
The regulation and control of vehicles used to provide a public passenger service, their drivers and passengers, railway premises, other public passenger facilities and persons on railway premises or other public passenger services.
(2)
The other provisions of this Schedule do not limit subclause (1).
Note.
Vehicles used to provide public passenger services include motor vehicles, vessels, trains and aircraft.
