(1)
Matters relating to accreditations, driver authorities or licences.
(2)
Without limiting subclause (1), the following matters—
(a)
fees for processing applications for an accreditation, driver authority or licence or a renewal of an accreditation, driver authority or licence,
(b)
accreditation, driver authority or licence fees.
