Public passenger vehicles

Current

(1)

Matters relating to the use or operation of vehicles used to provide a public passenger service.

(2)

Without limiting subclause (1), the following matters—

(a)

prohibiting or restricting the use of the vehicles on any specified road, road related area or special purpose lane or part of a road, road related area or special purpose lane generally or within certain times,

(b)

requirements for the vehicles, including age, design, equipment and fittings (internal and external),

(c)

requiring the exhibition of specified public interest notices in or on the vehicles.

(Repealed)
