Appointment of authorised officers by TfNSW

TfNSW may appoint a member of staff of a transport authority, or a person of a class prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section, to be an authorised officer for the purposes of this Act.

In this section, transport authority means TfNSW, the State Transit Authority, Sydney Metro, Sydney Trains and NSW Trains.
