156 Identity cards must be issued
(1)
TfNSW must issue an authorised officer appointed by TfNSW with an identity card.
(2)
The identity card must—
(a)
be in the form approved by the Minister, and
(b)
contain a recent photograph of the person.
(3)
An authorised officer must not exercise a function conferred by or under this Act unless an identity card has been issued to the authorised officer by TfNSW.
(4)
This section does not apply to an authorised officer who is a police officer.
