30 Hard stand space
A hard stand space—
(a)
must not require cut or fill more than 600mm below or above ground level (existing), and
(b)
must not result in less than 50% of the area forward of the building line being landscaped area, and
(c)
must not result in less than a 750mm wide landscaped strip along the boundary with an adjoining lot on which a dwelling is located.
