34 Use of certain land in Zone E4
(1)
This clause applies to land identified as “D” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2)
Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a)
business premises,
(b)
centre-based child care facilities,
(c)
health services facilities,
(d)
office premises,
(e)
restaurants or cafes.
