31 Pathway or paving
Pathway or paving—
(a)
must not require cut or fill more than 600mm below or above ground level (existing), and
(b)
must not result in less than 50% of the area forward of the building line being landscaped area, and
(c)
must not result in any landscaped strip along the boundary with an adjoining lot on which a dwelling house is located being less than 750mm wide.
