The Board may require an articled clerk to complete a supplementary course approved by the Board.

To assist the Board in deciding whether to require an articled clerk to complete a supplementary course, the Board may require the articled clerk or the articled clerk's employer or principal to give to the Board details of:

the nature and scope of the legal work undertaken, or likely to be undertaken, by the articled clerk during articles; and

the extent of the supervision and training provided or intended to be provided to the articled clerk.
