146 Crank case gases
(1)
This rule applies to a motor vehicle with 4 or more wheels that is powered by a petrol engine and was built after 1971.
(2)
The vehicle must be built to prevent, or fitted with equipment that prevents, crank case gases from escaping to the atmosphere.
