155 Speed limiting
(1)
A bus with a GVM over 14.5 tonnes that was built after 1987 must comply with third edition ADR 65.
(2)
A prime mover with a GVM over 15 tonnes that was built after
1987 must comply with third edition ADR 65.
(3)
For third edition ADR 65, the maximum road speed capability of a motor vehicle used in a road train is 90 kilometres an hour.
