712 Transitional provision for Criminal Law Amendment Act 2002
Section 568(6) to (8), as in force at any time before the commencement of this section, continues to apply in relation to an indictment under section 568(6) presented before the commencement of this section as if the Criminal Law Amendment Act 2002, section 29 had not been enacted. sch 1 pt 9 ch 75 s 712 ins 2002 No. 23 s 33
