767 Repeated sexual conduct with a child of or above 16 by a person who has the child under their care, supervision or authority
To remove any doubt, it is declared that on a charge of an offence against section 229B(1A), evidence of an unlawful sexual act or acts done before the commencement may not be admitted in evidence for the purpose of deciding whether unlawful sexual acts done after the commencement establish the existence of an unlawful sexual relationship. sch 1 pt 9 ch 112 s 767 ins 2024 No. 48 s 11
