759 Application of particular provisions to charge for offence against former s 408A(3)
Section 408A(6) and (7) apply in relation to a charge for an offence against section 408(1) to which section 408A(3) (as in force immediately before the commencement) applied, whether an originating step for the proceeding for the charge was taken before or after the commencement.
Section 552BB, table, entry for section 408A, column 3, section 3, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to a charge for an offence against section 408A(1) to which section 408A(3) (as in force immediately before the commencement) applied, whether an originating step for the proceeding for the charge was taken before or after the commencement. sch 1 pt 9 ch 107 s 759 ins 2023 No. 3 s 10
