760 Application of s 408E
(1)
This section applies if an act or omission constituting an offence against section 408E happened before the commencement, whether the proceeding for the offence is started before or after the commencement.
(2)
Section 408E as in force before the commencement continues to apply in relation to the act or omission as if the Information Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023, section 4 had not commenced.sch 1 pt 9 ch 108 s 760 ins 2023 No. 32 s 5
