762 Application of s 334C to acts of domestic violence constituting coercive control
(1)
Section 334C applies only to acts of domestic violence constituting the course of conduct under that section that were done after the commencement.

This section does not limit the Evidence Act 1977, part 6A, division 1A. sch 1 pt 9 ch 109 s 762 ins 2024 No. 5 s 23
