934 Copy of industrial instrument to be displayed
(1)
This section applies to a workplace where an industrial instrument applies.
(2)
The employer must display a copy of the instrument, in a conspicuous place at the workplace where it is easily read by the employees in the workplace.Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(3)
In this section—
workplace includes a factory, workroom or shop.
