938 Attempt to commit offence
(1)
A person who attempts to commit an offence against this Act—
(a)
commits an offence; and
(b)
is liable to the same penalty as if the offence attempted had been committed.
(2)
In this section—
attempt to commit an offence see the Criminal Code, section 4.
