10B Meaning of recreational ship
(1)
A recreational ship is—
(a)
a ship used only for private recreation; or
(b)
a tender to a ship mentioned in paragraph (a).
(2)
A regulation may prescribe circumstances in which a ship may be taken to be used only for private recreation.
