160 Display of shipping inspector’s identity card
(1)
A shipping inspector (other than a police officer) may exercise a power in relation to a person only if the inspector displays the inspector’s identity card for inspection by the person.
(2)
If, for any reason, it is not practicable to comply with subsection (1), the inspector must produce the identity card for inspection by the person at the first reasonable opportunity.
