61 Operation of ship as master etc. without required licence
(1)
A person must not operate a ship as its master if the person is required to be licensed, but is not appropriately licensed.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not act as a crew member of a ship if the person is required to be licensed, but is not appropriately licensed.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
