205B Electronic search to verify person is holder of licence
(1)
A person may, on payment of the fee prescribed under a regulation, electronically search information held by the department about licences to verify that a person is the holder of a licence under this Act.
(2)
However, the person may search information only—
(a)
to verify the person’s own licence; or
(b)
with the consent of the person to whom the search relates.
