Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Dangerous Goods) Regulation 2018

The following documents are required as driver licence evidence for an application for the grant or renewal of a dangerous goods driver licence—

a copy of—

the applicant’s open licence; or

if the applicant does not presently hold, but has previously held, an open licence—the applicant’s probationary licence or restricted licence;

an authorisation by the applicant for the chief executive to have access to entries about the applicant in the driver licences register of any State.
